proxy radar

Anybody have any experience with them (realbooster)? Especially with the software (radar)? I bought proxy list (1k proxies) to submit some comments with my blog submitter. And I'm glad with the result. Does anybody uses proxy radar? Cause I want to buy but need some reviews.
