posting problem

I am answering in Yahoo since 15 months,suddenly the ghosting problem raise here that I do answering from level 2 account,I put website URL in Source but when I open the answer link in different browser,my answer does not show there. :( Is there a problem with Level 2 accounts. *** BHW...
