pingbacks

Hi there, I saw some sites that have huge pingback spam. I'm interested how they do this? Pingback with anchor text. And url come from forum profiles etc. And Scrapebox even not supporting some of the url's a platform. I hope there is somebody who could shed some light, I'm also willing to pay...
