paypal limitation removal

Hi y’all I have a PayPal account and I’ve gotten around for like a couple months until now PayPal limited my account and I have over 100usd in there. I’m under 18 so I can’t upload my documents so idk what to do. I was thinking of forging documents but idk if PayPal actually checks them so idk...
