paypal alternative

Not sure if this is the right section, but here goes. For my new project I need to quickly and easily send people money. What's out there besides PayPal for this? Is neteller good? has anyone used it?

Do any of you guys have a good paypal alternative or site where I can send and receive money and basically accept payments without having to worry about my account being limited for no reason like with Paypal. Everything is on the up and up and I even entered the little code on my bank statement...
