after a huge ppi got out of business what ppi network pay the best rates please suggest some

Here is the list of best PPI or Pay Per Install Companies that are still working and legit: 1. sapphirum.com 2. Installppi.com 3. PinapFile.com 4. Installcapital.com Others are just reselling, this is it for now, PPI is at hard days nowdays, but let's hope it will be better. Cheers :)
