    How often should I massping my blogs and backlinks ???

    Hey guys, I got about 4-5 websites, and about 100-150k backlinks I bought on fiverr/made with senuke... I wonder how often should I massping my backlinks? So far I only done it once, but I heard I should do it everyday. Cba to do it everyday as it takes like 3 hours with pingfarm :(.
