Best way to send email to non opt-in database
I manage to have a databases with email addresses of leads in my niche, what is the best way to send email promoting my product? If I send it through my mail server I get blacklisted by spamhaus. Can't use aweber because this leads are not opt-in. What are the options availables?- arormoser
