lipsync

Hey guys, looking for a service that allows you to turn a still image in to a lipscynced video, I have the voice clip, and a image. I have checked SadTalker but the quality is not as good as desired. I cant really run anything on my 200$ laptop so cloud based alternatives are more than welcome.
