knee pain

Anyone here has been experiencing chronic knee pain(osteoarthritis) like me? I have an 80 years old knee joint on 30 years old body. After 25 years of continuous weekly swelling my knee is pretty much bone on bone and no cartilage. Before COVID19 I was very active and some what gym gooers. BUT...
