keyword tool free

first off this is not a tool it's just a part of a script I did 30-40 keyword search for free and without any limit so mentioned unlimited (not sure) Hopefully, this will help to noobs and those who don't wanna spend money on keyword research tools but still wants accurate numbers as Google...

title says all how to create a keyword tool using Google Keyword planner API??? has anyone here the owner of keyword tools??
