Hey guys, I'm quite new to all of this... wanted people opinions on something I had heard about. People were using IP Masking software, creating multiple email addresses and then using these email accounts to register with affiliates to receive a CPA payment. What is opinions on this? and...

A friend of mine got his computer hacked, they hacked into his youtube account and used his i.p adress to send out freind requests, would there be a way of tracking their i.p adress? or if someone has a wwebsite, is there a way to find out their i.p adress and physical adress?
