Hi! I am currently in the midst of starting an instagram! I only have 600 followers so pretty much nothing. I was wondering how i could gain more? the only way I know if to buy shoutouts, but i'm not sure how much to spend for example how much would I spend if I wanted to reach 10k? Thank you all!
