instagram loop

I have tried it with my personal PC and VPS but the result is the same regardless of proxy type (dedicated, static, private, public, 4G, etc.) or supplier, I will almost always get this message to ad a phone number to “get back into Instagram” which indicates that I have already been logged in...

Anybody faces some sort of PVA loop starting from december? Tried changing proxies(buyproxies, proxy6) and also changing pva service (getsmscode, smspva) but some accounts still ask for pva every 6/7 hours, also all actions are stopped, but accounts still pop up pva. Anybody has any ideas how I...
