I read on sales thread it works great but anyone used it here?

I read all these reviews about how great their service is - so I signed up - and its been at least 4 days on a 5 day trial and my links still say freakin Pending and 0 Processed. Meanwhile its suppose to process 250 links a day!! Then I emailed support like 2 days ago and they still have not...
