hyperlinkable

I've been seeing so many adult pages posting hyperlinked videos, where its a "normal" video post, but bellow it, it links to a website, and i you play it on mobile, and click on play, it will auto click on the link instead. Anyone know how its done? These pages don't have Twitter Premium to...

I have seen many imgur pictures posted on reddit that has something like a word used to represent a whole link like 'here' 'source' in the imgur image description but I don't know how that is done.can anyone be kind enough to help me with that .
