gspay ripe off

Gspay scam , no payout ,no return holdbacks Gspay ripped me off , more than us$20000, now they dont pay out , and dont return my holdbacks ,which are more than 7 months . How can do with gspay ? any help ? how about ask my buyers to chargeback ?
