google plus one bot

On Google Plus posts, there is an option to view ripples. I wish to automatically add those people there to a circle. That is all I need. Anyone know of such a bot or know where I can find such a bot?

Hi, I am looking for a working Google Plus One bot. It had been posted earlier on BHW but the download links are not working now. So, if anybody has downloaded it before or has it then please share it. Thanks :)
