Google just released a MAJOR update to it's SRA (Parasite SEO) policy due to EU enforcement actions... Now sites that got hit with an SRA penalty (could be sitewide bear in mind) will have 0 penalty inside the European Economic Area, but will still get penalized globally elsewhere.
