funny moments

Hey ! Is anybody here that still does funny cat and dogs (and not just these niches) funny moments compilations? I plan to use various sources to wrap videos of almost 7 8 minutes, but the main problem is, can you monetize this? Please, if somebody is doing this, give me some more information...
