What is the best Instagram bot for android? (I working with ogads)

hey guys,i am thinking of use IG to get some traffic for my fiverr gig.But i don't have any money to buy VPS or any other stuff.Is there any way to create 10 IG account and maintain it on my computer?

Thought I would inform anyone who does know, you can get a free good instagram bot from instabot.py. It has likes, follows, hashtags, and everything else you'd need. You are going to have to use the cmd prompt to use the bot, but hey, its free.
