I want to deindex a blogspot post, but I'm wondering how viable it is through filing a DMCA claim. Has anyone had luck recently copying a page, reposting it elsewhere, then filing a DMCA copyright claim? How about filing a claim if they're discussing a private person by name and under the guise.

What's the best state for filing an LLC? I think Wyoming is the best place to do it, but I don't know much about tax law.
