fb ad account disabled

Hey folks, so recently I tried buying a contingency setup and ended up just losing money. Bought a 2 line profile and 5 unlimited personal ad accounts, where I sent the accounts to a BM that already had expenses and the profile to manage. Bought from Vietnamese suppliers recommended in...

It seems it was disabled for Unacceptable business practices. I think I see it maybe because the ad text was a bit off in it's offering now after I went through. Earlier it didn't seem as evident so it says I can request review before oct so what can I do make sure they renable my account?
