fast" "money

hi amyygos, i big newbie and because i have only free summer (I study medicine during school year), I want to make FAST money, even small amount would be OK. I'm from small country (Lithuania), so anything like clickworker.com doesn't work here. Any ideas that doesn't take much time ? thx xoxo
