fake id paypal

i did a deposit yesterday on a new verified account, but funds were frozen and it requested driver license on the phillipines person with my info

Almost all the things that is linked with payment require you to confirm your ID. If you choose not to confirm your ID they block you after a month like PayPal. I really want to create a Fake ID but I can't pay for it since online payment is almost impossible without a credit card or a bank...

Please PayPal just limited my account and are requesting for a photo ID for verification which I don't have Because I used a fake name and country to open the account. So now I need and ID card or can I possibly withdraw the money without verification. Am willing to pay for someone to help me
