facebook video reach

I have a question that I couldn't find an answer for on papa G. Does Facebook videos receive organic views?

I have a main page I intend to raise, and I have 100 pages of 4-5k likes. But the problem is to reach. When I upload a video to the main page, and share that video on all other pages. But reach these pages 4-5k likes very small 1-5 people reach? What could be the problem here
