facebook recommendation

My agency is going to sponsor my certification for Facebook 500-101 certification. But I do not know where to prepare from. Facebook resources are very basic and don't match the toughness of the actual exam. Could someone please recommend some resources on how to clear the exam?

When I post images or video on my Facebook fanpage, how to be recommended by Facebook for that post? I just know 1 way that we must run a video view ads. Are there other ways?
