facebook ads 2018

Hi, Some of the FB accounts are having really low threshold($2). Is there a way to avoid that? Is there a way to gain more trust of fb before creating an ad account or running an ad and avoiding such low threshold. Is there any other practice that I should use to avoid suspension of account...

First they decide to block my best account out of the blue with 3 months worth of big data and ok... I know how to play, I will test again, create my pixel, rules, audiences, SPEND MY MONEY etc etc. NOW I created a new account and a new pixel, but my pixel decides to operate whenever he feels...

I've still found better quality opens and leads from emails even though the open rates are lower, ergo I'm making more money. What do you think? Did you have a better experience with Messenger Ads? (Cold traffic and/or retargeting)
