I'm creating a new BM account, but it's being restricted. I don't use it at all; it gets restricted immediately after I open it. Why might this be? Can anyone help?

There are currently many BM3s on the market. After adding a payment card, both the billing threshold and daily spending limit tend to increase. Do you think this is a good product for long-term use?
