email to sms

I want to send bulk sms using email to sms system. Can anyone tell me how it's work?

I made a post, a giveaway about this subject matter here and i'd like to know the feedback if this email-to-sms still works . And which country has anyone tested on this? Anyone who have tested UK and any other country except USA before? I would've done this myself, but i don't have the...
