Which networks do the big cutback sites use?
Hey guys, I am wondering which networks the big cashback guys like topcashback, ebates etc use? Are they getting a high cpa % and then just pay out i.e. 50% of that? Any insight in how they operate and which networks/aggregators they use would be more than appreciated. Thanks a lot guys! power5- power5
