Can i open a business in dubai without physically being there! I Don't have any connections with dubai but i want to start a business there, can i do it?

I have lived in Thailand and Georgia, enjoyed living in both countries for various reasons. Thinking about staying in Dubai for an extended period. Anyone currently living there or have lived there. What are the benefits of living there or what do you like about living there?
