I am thinking to build directory website. please let me know about PHP coding. Is it paid or free?

Hello, I am looking to create a Link Directory and I would like if anyone can recommend me the best script to do so, I was looking at phplinkdirectory and it seems to be what I am looking for, does any one have use it? Is it the right choice for me? Cheers!!

I want to build a local business directory site....let's say for Gardening centres & will be using a WordPress directory script. I'm interested to know whether there's any way i can get all the business information to automatically populate the website or whether i have to enter each business...
