currency conversion

Recently I got my first client and he wants to pay me through paypal but as we all know paypal is very big fucker in terms of extra charges So my question is which payment gateway do you use most for international transactions which has very low transaction fee, currency conversion fee etc etc.

I have always used Paypal. I've never had any issues with them and customers love using Paypal, not to mention it's so easy to make auto subscriptions for my business. However, 80%+ of the payments I receive are in USD. I live in the UK and my bank account receives everything as GBP...
