Hi, I have tourism website, and designed most of the pages with tabs, but tabs content not crawling in google, when we click on tabs, URL will not change, but content will change.

I was checking a domain for pbn purpose. Everything was good but when i checked the domain on way back machine it is showing me 301 at crawl time. So, should i go with that domain or not?
