Copyright Notice because of thumbnail
So I got copyright notice because of thumbnail. Should I appeal it? Because I got thumbnail from searching creative-commons pictures at flickr.com but as I checked it right now it isn't creative commons (I guess maybe he changed the copyrights? Or I made a mistake and didn't search for CC...
