Can Twitter Detect Elite Private Proxies?
I was wondering if twitter can tell if you are using elite private proxies and if twitter can determine your proxy IP address. I was wondering because if twitter can't, then can I create unlimited accounts with that proxy? Also if anyone have tested creating twitter accounts with public hotspots...- kalnev
