comment inks

I have done link building for one of my site: Around 80 Web2.0 100 - Profile links. Also did tier 2 comment blogspot links to web2.0 profiles but none of it is yet indexed...been 3 weeks now..also none of my profile link is indexed. What are the best methods to get those indexed...apart from...
