combine keywors

This is provably a question but I haven't been able to find the answer... Is it good practice to combine two keywords to form a longer keyword? For example if my keywords are BROWN DOGS and DOGS TRAINING I could just use the keyword BROWN DOGS TRAINING... Im not directly interested in that kw...
