hello forum I'm wondering about how can people get a Click Bank account if it ain't support their country No more???

So i was finally going to start a method. Went to CB, signed up, this shit happened "Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an account at this time. Regrettably, we are unable to make any exceptions." anyone guide me on wtf is the problem. there are people already on CB in my country.
