cheap payment method

Whats the checkout option with the lowest amount of intrest or any general fee?? Paypal is 3.5 percent to recieve and 2.9 percent when i transfer to a location .. thats too much! .. so does anyone know a cheaper method to checkout or the lowest fee charging service to checkout ??? please p.m me...
