    Does this eBay email seem suspicious

    I have a TV listed on ebay as a Buy it Now for $49.99. I received an email from this guy saying he would like me to reconsider shipping it to him in New York state (I have it listed as a Local Pick Up Only due to it's size). I won't mention the town, but I will say he's near the Hudson River...
