block country

Hi I'm trying to block visitors from different countries is there any other free methods that actually work I tried using the .htacces file as mentioned here https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/htaccess/how-to-allow-or-block-visitors-from-specific-countries-using-htaccess But it didn't work as...

So my dilemma is the following. If I block a certain country/countries on my fb page. Will the reach go to other countries? Also if I block a country does it mean that no one from that country will be able to see my posts? Does it include also my fans from that country?
