I heard that there is an automatic software that we can use to automatically buy bitcoin and enter the values in it like sell at +20% the current price and buy and -20% the current price and just deposit money into it and it will do the work all by itself is that true or just a rumour ?

I'm looking for a link shortener that will allow me to edit where the shortened link is going after I've created it for some social networking CPA. Does anybody know of a shortener like this? Bit.ly doesn't do it for "security reasons".
