bind

for the love of god... i can not get an anwser anywhere online thats not confusing or contradicting.. If i bind a proxy to a facebook account what does that mean? And if that facebook acocunt is blocked, can i reuse the proxy? Can I bind the same proxy to more than one facebook account?
