best blackhat tools

Hello, I'm thinking of buying this tool. I see that it is super versatile and that many things can be done. Scraping keywords, websites, autocomment, etc... Recommendation to buy it? Although if there is some trick to get it pleasant, better than better :)

I am just a newbie and I have only few dollars to spend on tools. What tools can you recommend for us newbies.
