automatic traffic

I'd like to increase organic search traffic to a website by 30 to 70 visits a day. Ideally, I'd like this traffic to be from UK IP's and for the sessions continue through to random, multiple pages with varied sessions lengths. Is there any way to 'safely' do this?

my friend launched a new ppc site https://www.cutezapads.com and he was asking me if its ok to run automatic traffic generators and which ones are the best to use. Since am new to seo i did not know what to tell him. Any tools or advice is much appreciated.
