article buddy pro

Hi guys, i downloaded Article Buddy Pro from one website, but when i unzipped the file, i saw that article buddy is on jar file extension, and am wondering how i can run such file on my Laptop, anyone can help me out on this, or help me with a link to download proper article buddy pro. Thanks
