do you put Amazon native ads in your site, if yes where do you put & does it really converts better? do you put custom ads related to the page or recommended one?

Its very easy to put amazon native ads on your website I have it on both my websites but have been making nothing. I just wanted to know is there someone out there who have made some kind of money of amazon in this way
