amazon intellectual property notice competitors

Hey, I’m getting BS IP notices and my listings being removed by competitors. All the emails connected to the “owners” are completely fake chinese emails. Does anyone know how to do this type of thing to these competitors that are playing dirty? Any help would be appreciated.
